Hello, thank you to read me. I bring news of glorious nation of US and A. In US and A, everyone is paying big fast car but this they not know in Kyrgyzstan where drive yaks. Is clear they not understanding America way in US of A using credit like we know in Kazakstahn. Here for reading is big article from Kyrgyzstan News about pay for car in America.
US car buyers take out longer loans. Longer loans are being offered to car buyers to counter an anticipated slow down in U.S car sales.Toyota is now offering up to 84 months amortization and GMAC is considering offering a 102 month deal. Financiers say people who take the longer terms are the type who wait until a car is worn out before seeking a replacement or those who are not financially solid and are looking for low monthly instalments. The average car depreciates mostly over the first three years. After 36 months it can normally only be sold for half its purchase price.
You seeing they in Kyrgyzstan not knowing of US in A same good like me. Thanking you to read me.
Hey, it’s better written than 80% of the corporate e-mails I read. Plus they know something, anything about the US, while the reverse is hardly true.
Slow news day?
Yakshemash!
As long as the car love me long time, i don’t care.

AKM :
Slow news day?

I kinda like this article:
Luxury car market gives Daimler a good year
Kyrgyzstan News.Net
Friday 15th February, 2008
German luxury car maker Daimler has posted a 2007 net profit of 4.0 billion euros, up by 5.3 percent from the figure one year earlier.
The result was hit by costs connected with the company’s divestment of the loss-making U.S automaker Chrysler.
Daimler benefited from a strong performance by its automobile division, which includes the Mercedes, Maybach and Smart brands.
Especially the loss-making Chrysler part.
84 and 102 month loans?? Have people lost their friggin’ minds? Is there really any wonder that we’re a nation in debt? These loans will be given to those least able to pay them, and three years into the loan, they’ll still be attempting to pay on 80% of the loan (if not more) while having lost well over half the value of the car. Stupid. Companies ought to be ashamed of themselves for even offering this. Funny that even one generation back, my parents still saved until they could walk into the dealership and buy the car they wanted in full. Hence the reason I drive my 1997 Toyota Tercel, and will continue to do so until I have funds set back to buy my next vehicle.
Pretty bad when Borat is laughing AT you.
You give me car and use my sister…
Hmmmm…..Driving a 1997 Toyota Terkel or an 84 month car loan…….Hmmmmmmmmmm
Seriously though, that is beyond stupid to take on a loan for that length of time. The only thing worse is a lender who offers an 84 month deal.
The mighty Volvo Gods of the 240 era laugh in the general direction of such monetary buffoonery.
Pay for car every month???? That’s like saying that 40+ year old Amazon’s should come with good A/C or Swedish women are in need of heavy clothes.
We propose the following to resolve this automotive boondoggle.
1) Free 240
Each of these owners will get their very own free 240 from a nearby junkyard. Keep in mind that such vehicles are highly coveted by brickboard enthusiasts the world over and shall become endangered sometime in the next 30 or 40 years.
2) Free toolkit
Every one of these owners will get a free tool kit that will be used to perform such basic functions as changing the oil, replacing the spark plugs, and fixing the all too frequent electric issues that come up every now and then. We will chain them to the cars and/or make them drive Saabs until they get it right.
3) School time.
These owners will not graduate until they can actually replace the blower from said vehicle and leave the remainder of it mostly intact. Keep in mind this is a complete bastard of a job. But once they learn how to do this, they will officially become Gods too… or at least pretty damn good technicians.
The mighty overlords of 90 degree angles and crumple zones par excellence hereby declare this law… upon the mighty hammer of Thor shall this come to be!
How many goats do you have to surrender for 84 month financing?
hey, at least the 1997 Terkel, er, Tercel is completely paid for, and probably won’t depreciate much past where it is now. 40 MPG out on the highway, everything works, no rust and the interior is close to new. So why would I consider paying 84 months on anything? I could sell the ‘Yota for what I bought it for, which is pretty close to driving for free.
I am liking car pay for cash bills with money when bye. Is better have already not loan.
A 1997 Toyota Tercel does NOT get 40 mpg on the highway. Impossible sir! It gets 30 mpg city or highway, no matter where you drive, how fast, what conditions.
this is `Darkstar Mike`. proceed to launching xxx in Kazakhstan.
This is` Darkstar November`. Negative. We have been compromised by Borat S-200 Rocket launchers. Borat…egh..Roger. Out to you.
Qusus,
Let’s see…11.9 gallon tank. In stop and go traffic to and from work, I fill up, reset the odometer and regularly pull back into the gas station approaching 400 miles. On the rare occasion that I have to drive any distance at steady state driving, I see closer to 475 before I decide to fill up. How is that only 30 MPG?
And even if it “only” got 30 MPG city/hwy, the thing is STILL paid for and won’t depreciate much these next few years…
Seriously though, that is beyond stupid to take on a loan for that length of time. The only thing worse is a lender who offers an 84 month deal.
Given what we’ve seen with the subprime thing and that everybody knows the worst is yet to come, why are these loans being made? Assuming all, or at least most, of those with two nickels to rub together who really believed that real estate always goes up have sobered up, what’s going on? Here we have Feinberg saying GMAC could (will) be in real trouble, but the music keeps playing. I don’t get it.
You must have faulty odometer. Ever heard of 55mpg Geo metro?
You must need air in your tires and a spellchecker.
Ever hear of driving for the conditions or hypermiling?
I’m liking Mozilla Firefox, as it spell checks in Web Forms.
84 months give up much pubis for fast Yak…
After nearly three years of ownership between my sister and I, we’ve pretty much documented that the Tercel does get well over 30MPG. Believe what you will. I stand by my findings…
Actually, I just checked the Tercel MPG rating.
Apparently it’s 30/39 with the 4 speed auto, 34/39 with the manual, 31/35 with the 3 speed auto.
This means that the 40mpg Tercel is quite possible and likely.
I’m frankly shocked, I have a 97 Tercel with the 3 speed auto that I drive occasionally and I have never seen better than 31mpg despite doing almost all highway. It’s got 200K miles but still and it’s eating oil but still… I should be getting better mileage.
