There are faster, more expensive cars than the Bugatti Veyron. But none have eclipsed its media profile. (Even my grandmother has heard of it.) Bugatti’s German owners must like the publicity. Why else would they tap the money pit brand to build an “ultimate saloon?” My rendering is not as slick as you might expect (or I’d hope): a four-door extracted from the roots of the Type 57SC Atlantic, mixed with the eclectic juices of the EB 110 to 218. As on the Veyron, the duotone paint cuts a little of the bulky overall appearance; in this case positioned to emphasize the car’s length. Touches of “Art Nouveau” connect with the brand’s origins of the brand while conforming to safety and environment protection regulations. I must say I am not very fond of this design, but I can also say the same for all the other modern EBs. Sometimes, rendering the truth hurts.

A fabulous chop, as usual. If Bugatti goes this route, I hope they make it a bit larger, relative to its competition, than the surprisingly small looking Veyron.
What a hodge-podge. A little Bentley here, some Kia Amanti there, un soupcon of Maybach thrown in; pretty hideous from the view in the pic.
I guess this is a joke. And a subtle one it is…
It seems to be built on the VW Phaeton-platform, hence the front-heavy appearance, since that platform has its engine in front of the front-wheels.
Amazing how Audis brand DNA since the DKW in the 1930’s has survived into this millenium. Think of it, it runs straight trough the whole company, from the DKW, to present day Audi. Front wheel-drive and engine mounted longitudinally in front of the front wheels. From DKW to Bentley Continental. That 4WD-stuff is just an excuse, it is obviously engineered from a front wheel drive-perspective. And The Continental do look front-heavy.

Bugatti wasted too much of Ferdinand Piech’s money just getting the Veyron to production. Best way, if you must have a sedan, is to cut the Veyron in half and install a rear seat. It would be unlike any other sedan in the world — and probably the world’s fastest as well.
Weird and ugly at the same time and all for WAY too much money. I like the paint though, nice blue color.
