Funny.
Damn.
firewall.
No youtube for me :-(
That’s two advertising contracts that should be cancelled today. Mercedes consulted a 14 year old boy, and Mini? A shizophrenic.
i’m sure inspired to acquire one of them teutonic britmobiles now …
While I’ll admit it’s not along the usual lines of their advertising (cute gimmicks and selling the product’s strengths) I like it. It’ll generate some talk which is always good in advertising.
My God… Hollywood might try to make a TV series from it.
Did Tim Burton produce that thing?
No youtube@work :(
I don’t think so. (responding to ad, not any of the other comments)
Fine, just as long as they stop the MINI cuv they are/were working on.
That was kind of entertaining, it’s not going to sell any cars but it’s better than some of the really crap commercials we are forced to watch.
i got a good laugh, thanks. other commercials that are cool, id like to see since i threw out my TV.
At least it’s not “Mr. Opportunity.”
It has to be said:
I think this ad will create a lot of buzz for MINI.
I thought the cell phone going off in the middle was pretty funny actually.
The Mini brand has a history of doing weird stuff.
IIRC when they launched the car they put them on the roofs of Ford Excursions and drove them around.

They’ll never out-do their own MINI bondage commercial from Canada! See it here:

And see my site for a history of MINI commercials, April Fools Day announcements, etc.
