GT2 is the death car; the GT3 has a pretty smooth powerband from what I’ve heard. plus the 911 is much less of a deathmobile since the addition of the Weissach axle for the 993 generation.
Really striking updates: center-lock hubs, twice as much aero downforce as the last iteration, the ability to absolutely, completely de-activate Traction Control and Stability Control even under the most extreme conditions (i.e., it will not turn on to save you even if you’re destined for the dirt farm), and, most striking of all to me, dynamic motor mounts, which will lose their elasticity and become rigid under “sporting, race-like” styles of driving, while keeping the car from vibrating its occupants in normal traffic mode.
Remarkable.
Owning 911s with and without solid mounts, I can say that that’s yet another option that can actually make a real difference.
I’ve never quite understood driving a 911 on the street. I think a 911 without sponsor decals over it and not door banging with Ferraris and BMWs is strange indeed.
very yes
Why not enjoy the new microsite at the same time.
Don’t care, I’d love one.
I think the GT2’s more of a death car, the $200k coffin if you will. AB said maybe a GT2 RS with 580hp. Christ almighty.
I would be honored to die in any of the aforementioned cars.
That would be a nice and classy way to leave this world.

Walter Rohrl makes this car look like it glides around the track. Beautiful.
If it was my death car, I’d go out with a smile on my face.
Extraordinary.

Is it me, or does the interior seem to be copied from a Focus ST120? Uhh, what am I saying? It must be me…
Nice car.
It’s lovely. I’ll take one in orange with black stripes, please.
I do believe their next car should be the GT2RS
Spyder.
Call it the James Dean edition.
If you’ve got to go in a car, I’ll take this one, please!
You misspelled “awesome”, RF.
Michael Ayoub :
Where?
After the period and before the word “Car”. :)

Absolutely.
I want one.
