According to the About page at PostCardFilms.com, Mariessa Jonasz “can be seen in the television show “I Didn’t know I Was Pregnant,” which aired on Discovery Health.” Folks, we’re talking about women who didn’t know they were pregnant until they gave birth. How creepy is that? Not quite as unsettling as the news that Mariessa is married to this PR film’s narrator, Jedrzej Jonasz. Mr. Jonasz’ credits include a Canadian TV documentary called “Why is it sexy?” The mind boggles. And the question remains: how did this entirely unlikely pair blag their way into a brand new BMW (even for a few days) and (presumably) flights, hotel, meals, museum tickets, gas expenses and (for all we know) a per Diem budget?

may be a dumb film, but the Euro delivery program is very nice — especially if you can save money doing it (which is usually the case)
For those who are willing to wait an extra couple of months, BMW Euro Delivery is a blast! As a side bonus, I saved $5,000 off MSRP.
This video brings back memories. Can’t wait to do it again :)
Don’t joke about Ambien addicts. My 85 year old mother had a bad Ambien jones for a long time. We finally just took it away and replaced the 3 Ambien every night with one Lunesta. She was cooking in her sleep. She was lucky that she did not burn herself to death.
Awesome! Thanks for posting our videos Farago… a per diem? what a great idea! If you can get us hooked up with flights, meals and per diems, then you can come work for me.
By the way, if you had any questions about how we actually did this, why not just ask instead of making up rumors?
-JJ

That’s video (singular). I have doubts that you will be able to maintain the pace and dramatic tension displayed in episode 3. Still, I will gladly consider the rest of the series for publication hereabouts. If a reality series about a Nebraska buffalo washer can be a big hit, why not this?
Meanwhile, through the miracle of the internet, here we are. So who paid for the trip/car/flights/etc.? What expenses did they cover? If you paid for all your expenses, I will issue a public apology.
How can you make money on Euro-delivery when cars are already so cheap in the US (and I mean MSRP, not talking about discounts)?
Also, the video IS kind of cheesy (the music…that intro animation with the yellow characters? really?), but hey, BMW, BMW Welt, 650i, German guy who is actually called Hans…Enough bits to like in there.
Gosh, I can’t wait for the next episode!
I think our own Kazoomaloo does a much better job on videos. It’s certainly nice that BMW gives you all that instruction though. Of course, you need it. When my family of origin picked up our Cars Overseas ’65 Peugeot wagon in Paris, things were a lot simpler. The only novelty, as far as driving the thing, was the fourth gear on the tree with the rest of them. And the fact that the car was far superior in driving dynamics to anything in the US at the time.
Farago,
-Yes, we did actually pay all of our own expenses
-No, I don’t work for BMW
-Yes, we did have a great time shooting the ED experience, I highly recommend it
-No, my wife wasn’t actually pregnant in that show, it’s a little thing we call acting (but nice to hear you enjoy watching Discovery Health shows about pregnancy… you did watch it if you’re writing about it, right?)
By the way, what happened to this comment:
“Funny the site says, “No flaming the site, its authors or fellow commentators. Persistent offenders will be permanently banned.” Seems like the same rule does not apply to it’s authors.” by EliW89?
You didn’t like it?
If you’re going to take delivery of a new 650 in Munich, at the very least put on a expensive suit and look the part.
