What’s wrong with the picture is if that giant truck that he’s ‘parked in’ decides to leave before he does, his ‘clever’ device will reside in crumpled sheet metal and broken glass.
who says that spare in the trunk is useless, would cut into cargo space I guess.

I seem to recall that some guy in Paris had a Renault Alpine fitted with a 5th wheel for just the same purpose.
Plus ça change plus c’est la même chose.
That’s pretty inventive esp. from the looks of that parking environment!

My first thought was what would happen if you dropped that fifth wheel at about 60mph. Could open up a whole new division of motorsport.
