Wow. Couldn’t have just just knocked the guy out or took a bat to the windshield, huh? Guess it wouldn’t have been as funny.

It’s worth a giggle or two, but…how is this a Nissan advert? If anything, it suggests getting the Prius and using some of the savings to buy a bulletproof vest.

Richter’s one of the funniest guys in the business.

It really does seem to send-up the Nissan adverts with a “pious” twist.

Nissan needs to do some crazy to stand out these days. Good job.

I’m pretty sure this isn’t affiliated with Nissan — read the fineprint at the end. I rarely tend to agree with the Best Movie Ever suggestions of car commercials.

In any case, this is the epitome of American culture. Solve everything by shooting the shit out of it.

Am I the only one who thinks this is hilarious?

Best parody I’ve seen in a while. Thanks for the laugh.

It isn’t Nissan’s, but they should use it. It is hilarious.

Find me a Prius at 14,500 and I will wear the bullet proof vest.

Well done satire. I have a little issue with the “solve everything by shooting the s*** out of it” comment.

Criminals and psychos like the character in the satire are in every country on earth. Americans should realize how lucky they are. In most states, you have the option to carry a handgun to defend yourself–and lots of innocent lives have been saved because of that. Not that the smug Prius moron had time to draw.

True, though, a baseball bat would have sufficed. Heck, my Crown Vic has no lien on it, no collision insurance premium, 130,000 pleasant miles in it, about 300,000 more to go, and doubles as a light truck. It already exists, so it won’t cause any production pollution. Now shoot me.

Sorry, flat ugly/disturbing. But I’m showing my age….and the the fact that I watch hardly any TV Blowing away people casually because they piss you off…as if you were blowing your nose to get rid of boogers….is horrendous to me…and a sign of how our culture has changed. The increasing blindness to color/sexual preference/otherness I embrace. Casual violence, no.
Left me feeling sick and poisoned. NO thanks.

Couldn’t have been Nissan’s. The Sentra shown isn’t even current.

Awesome. But seriously, TTAC, I’m intrigued by the Elantra Touring. I hope it’s on your reviewing radar. Wagons ho, etc.

The rest of you guys are wound too tight. This is a parody made for late night viewing. AMC shows the same “violence” with the Godfather trilogy in the middle of the day, only it’s not cartoon violence and there’s actual gore involved.
