Car designers must have the hardest job in the world. So little room to make the perfect/unique car design… EVERY YEAR!! This one, it looks like it is crying. “I’m so fucking weird… boo-hoo.” The last standout in my memory for a sedan was, still is, the Chrysler 300.
Its supposed to be a picture of a car, but it is actually a picture of organizational inertia, a hitherto unphotographed concept. Opel will not be a part of GM by the time the Volt finds its way to a showroom.
It’s yet another ugly looking newly designed car from what has to be the worst decade of car styling ever. And just as a certain comedian says that you can’t fix stupid the same theme carrys over to not being able to fix ugly.
I assume that someone will like those looks. I wonder who will afford it in Europe? The same car will cost $40K USD. How will it translate into Euros & pounds? Cars in general at least 20-25% more expensive over the pond, so what electric 4 seater will cost? And who in the right mind will spend equivalent of 50K on something you can get for 25-30K?
I can see what’s wrong with it.
It’s got a funny badge with a lightning bolt through it.
It should have a badge with a griffin on the front….!
Silly foreign badges!

Its tear stains match my dog’s. I hear there’s a supplement that will clear that right up.

It’s a badge engineered Opel “Volt”. That’s GM. That’s what’s wrong with it. And them.
They’ll even rebadge vaporware…….
It’s getting to the point that I’m expecting to see a Hummer version of the Volt. And after that, the Oldsmobile version…
It’s got twin boomerangs on the front. Or it’s vaguely Nike-like. Or, well, just never mind.
Gotta collect ’em all – “POKEMON”
But seriously, I don’t think the front end is worse here than on the Volt.

This is my war face!

I like the wheels but imagine they’d be a bitch to clean.
awww it looks like it’s crying – can’t blame it
Its cool um… i dunno i think you guys need to post the answers to the ‘whats wrong with this picture’ questions cuz a lot o these i dont get.
There is nothing wrong with this picture: this re-badge of vaporware actually looks like a futuristic hybrid. The Volt is the problem!
It’s an Emo EV!
It’s something resembling an Acura/Honda Accord (euro) with an Opel badge?
