Going “Less Than Zero” is one of my favorite inside jokes. Because really – if you’re that desperate, why bother to continue breathing?

I just got home in my ’06 Dakota truck. When I turned off the key there was this whining sound, sort of like s jet engine turning down in the distsnce. Then I turn on my PC and see this. I hope this isn’t an omen…

Right now, they’re not building anything, are they?

    Shouldn’t that be:

“Dodge: See what your tax dollars are paying us to (maybe, someday) build for uninformed, desperate vehicle shoppers in search of a cheap (in all senses of the word) ride”?

    They aren’t building anything.

I still think that Dodge Ram emblem looks like a diagram of the female reproductive system.

Even at the plants still operating, new builds are way, way down.

The glut of new cars sold in the last decade will have to work it’s way through the system. It will take time.

Shhhh, they’re building the next gen Caliber…

Which will suck way more than the current one.

If that’s an ad line that will be running in June, it will be a hoot.

Assuming they’ve got an over-supply of cars like the other manufacturers shouldn’t the line be:

“Dodge: come see what we built for you… a long time ago… and have waiting for you in a large parking lot somewhere”

Dodge is neither building anything for me now, nor have they ever built anything for me in their entire history. Please die Chrysler. Now. Please.

    Dodge: behold our acres.

Actually this is a follow up to the Thank You America campaign. In a gesture of goodwill to the American people, Dodge has complied with our request and ceased building vehicles. Thus, “Come see what we’re (not) building for you”

Hahaha! “Come see what we’re building for you.” Who was the genius in Dodge to come up with such a funny joke.

less then zero ? don’t bend over and pick up the soap.

This ad campaign created by BBDO is complete crap.

Who actually believes the tag line when the dust had barely settled on what the new Chrysler-Fiat might look like?

Jim Press was a pretty keen marketer at Toyota, and its hard to believe that he hasn’t had a stronger hand in Chrysler’s messaging.

I ‘d buy a Challenger SRT8 if I lived in the US. But not any pickups, sedans or midsize from Dodge.

So, since they ‘ll probably stop making the Challenger SRT8 when CAFE becomes a law of America, they are not building anything for me, or for the people of the US.

    Enough said.
