Okay, I got nothing. I thought This: http://www.allbusiness.com/transportation/motor-vehicle-manufacturing/727970-1.html was it, but it wasn’t, because they sold that in ’98.

Re: the Zombie Watch 7 map.
The Allman Brothers had a song titled “One Way Out”- like your editorial. In 1971, Duane Allman died in a motorcycle accident at the intersection of Bartlett St and Hillcrest Ave in Macon, GA. That is what your Google maps picture is referencing.
When the actually put it into a Volt body, there will be test drives in extended range.
