I know…..you can’t get a good look at the blond inside. In fact, I missed her at first glance.
My 98 year old Grandfather had a Rascal with an umbrella mounted on it….served the same purpose. Looks like a covered wheelchair….oooops….I mean Enclosed Personal Mobility Vehicle.
The second picture in the greenmuze article looks like a scene from Blade Runner
Bubbles,
Tiny bubbles…
I know the line “Bubbles, bubbles, toils and Peugeots?” is based on “Bubble, bubble, toil and trouble”. Assuming you meant to use the line from Macbeth, that quote is not correct.
The line from Macbeth is” “Double, double, toil and trouble. Fire burn and cauldron bubble.” The other line is from a Disney cartoon.
Thank you, TexasAG03, for the clarification. As the Foreign Editor, I assume full responsibility for the serious omission. Due to financial difficulties in my family, all they could afford was to send me to Mickey Mouse U. I did not graduate. Many years later, Ed Niedermeyer found me in a soup kitchen near Orlando and graciously offered me this job. I am still learning. I hope I will be forgiven.

I suppose I should have added the qualification that it wasn’t a huge deal. I just assumed that TTAC was concerned with accuracy.
I suppose the next thing we’ll see is “We don’t need no stinkin’ badges” in an article (or maybe we already have and I missed it).
The other line is from a Disney cartoon.
Given that this car looks like “Minnie Mouse meets the Jetsons”
I think that the cartoon quote is more appropriate.
has anyone informed Peugeot-Citroen that this thing has been designed in their name?
Everything old is new again. This is the return of the Isetta micro car.
Ahh, Houston, we have a problem…
I am missing two things here.
First, the obligatory anti French jingoistic remarks. It goes without saying that when TTAC publishes something about a puny frog car, somebody has to refer to cheese-eating whatnot.
Second, we need a fresh catchphrase here. How about this one: “I have come here to chew bubble gum and kick ass. And I’m all out of ass!”
Sorry Martin…..
…..another great vehicle from those surrendering cheese eaters.
Is that better?
If a sudden gust of wind blows it over the guardrail, it looks like it would float quite nicely.
What’s wrong with this picture? Well, for starters, I’m not in Paris to enjoy the French ambiance and food.
I have to say, the best way to tour France is in a nice German car.
Bob
The cheese eating surrender monkey model is not wearing pants.
I’m changing my vote.
It’s Captain Pike after his gender reassignment.
What’s wrong with this picture? Nothing, except that life is enough of a treadmill as it is without having to get around in a Guinea pig runabout ball.
I still want proof tgaht this has anything to do with Peugeot Citroen. This is a design by an American industrial designer of Japanese extraction, and for all I know the French have absolutely nothing to do with it. Furthermore, that photo doesn’t look like any part of Paris that I’ve ever seen–more like Amsterdam.
