NHTSA’s attorney almost put the wrong date!
… close enough for government work
I would not accept that pdf document if it was sent to me so as to prove that a deal had been done.
Both parties must sign on the same page, in duplicate.
To boot, the font of the Toyota signature page is totally different.
I would seriously question the source of this pdf.
So NHTSA agreed that Toyota DID NOT violate any laws? Wow. Guess NHTSA was just out to extract a little blood and get some publicity.
