Impreza and Tribeca were the only Subarus that failed to improve on their June 2009 sales numbers last month, dropping 16 and 78 percent respectively. The Legacy could have grown more aggressively as well, essentially holding steady at last year’s level. Outback and Forester continue to be the big winners, combining for over 14k sales, or about two-thirds of Subaru’s monthly volume.

Time to dump the Tribeca.
Especially since the new Outback is so @#%$&#$ big.
If the Outback had a 3rd row option, Subie could easily drop the Tribeca.
All it would take would be a pair of rear-facing split-folding seats that go into the cargo floor.
The new Outback is easily big enough for them.
I’ve already seen a couple of brand new Chevy Equinoxes on the used car lots of the local Subie dealers recently.
Probably disappointed by the gas mileage not living up to the advertised figures?
Have notice more Subies around Central Ohio lately. The mileage we are getting out of our ’10 Forester has exceeded the EPA rating, routinely getting 30 highway (IIRC the posted number is 26 highway). We are very happy with it.
