Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays to all at TTAC. We are going to miss a white Christmas by a day…bummer!! This is the most engaging car site out there. Extra compliments for the group responsible for the careful handling of the transition..usually that means jumping the shark, but you not only kept the shark at bay, you actually improved the site!!
Screw political correctness! Merry Christmas to everybody!
Amen brother!

Totally OT: what kind of car is behind the 7 in the foreground of the photo? It can’t be a Pontiac Grand Am, could it?

That’s exactly what I thought!
RHD. Probably a Holden.
The car in front isn’t a seven (either Lotus or Caterham) it’s a Westfield SEight. The car behind is an MG ZS.
@Nicodemus: Thanks for that clarification. I learn something new every day. :)
Besides, I can’t imagine anyone seriously campaigning a N-body since the early 1990’s!
Merry Christmas from Tokyo. Off to Tiffany’s to make my contribution to the cause.
Merry Christmas to the B&B from Indianapolis. We are supposed to have 2 inches of snow on the ground by morning for a picture-perfect day! Thank you to the editors for all of your hard work and to the universe of contributors out there who make this site such an interesting place to visit. Peace.
Yo Ed Dan will you please marry that wonderful women before she gets away!
And Merry Christmas from white snowy Chicago
Giving her a diamond solitaire this morning.
Educator Dan, my sincere congratulations! I’ll congratulate you again when you post that it’s official! I’m sure the sun is shining bright in NM today!
Hello EducatorDan!
How’s did that solitaire work out? Must keep us posted!
You know, we’re all cheering for you!
Best of luck!
Feliz Natal! Boas Festas!
She said yes. ;) (And then got so emotional she had to ask me 10 min later if she had said yes or not to be sure. She’s so dang cute. As Brad Paisley said; “And I thought I loved you then.”)
As always, your stories are so cute! In a very good way! Congrats to the new “official” couple, may you always be as happy as the best couples out there!
It’s a lot of work, but when it’s right, it’s so right. Very happy for you!
Merry Christmas from Albuquerque!
Mele Kalikimaka from Honolulu.
From eastern Switzerland (30°F, from nearly nothing on ground, to 2″ of fresh snow overnight)
This transplanted native Detroiter wishes a Merry Christmas to all that celebrate it, and happy holidays to all the rest. May each of you, and your loved ones, find maximal relaxation, peace and joy today and in the approaching new year.

…and another Merry Christmas to all, and many thanks for this site, with best wishes for the coming year. From rainy western Washington, where we don’t have to shovel it on Christmas very often.
Another Western Washingtonian! I’m glad to see I am not alone :-)
You’re definitely not alone. Enjoying a rainy Christmas in western WA as well.
Merry Christmas from soggy California. May your cars always start and your journeys reach their end.
Amen!
Feliz Natal e Boas Festas pra todos!
When I started contributing to this site, I did it as one of the B&B. It was good to see everybody talking about one of (if not the) my favorite subjects.
When I was invited to write (not once, but twice!), I though it would be interesting ’cause I could get my two cents out there. Now I ‘m finding that I don’t care so much for my opinion anymore. When I write, my greatest expectation is wondering when Stingray will chime in, wondering if one of the bosses like Ed or Paul or Bertel will deem my piece worthy to spend their time responding, wondering what kind of spin Psar will pull this time, longing to see if Mikey will deem it worthy to share his inside view, the same for Robert.Walter as Mikey, but from a different perspective. I long to see what excellent and funny feedback (if any) I’ll get from EducatorDan. What kind of kind words I’ll inspire from Zackman. What words of wisdom I’ll get from Steve Lang. Not to mention others I greatly appreciate such as Sajeev, Autobraz, Pgcooldad, TrailerTrash and so many others. I Know I’m doing lots of you an injustice by not naming you (let’s not forget Mr. Whopee, marjanmm, jaje, Ingvar, jersey devil, BMWfan, srogers, dukeboy, oh! you are so many!), but all of you are in my heart this time of year and my prayers are with you.
In other words, it’s not what I write here, it’s what you write back. Thank you all from a very hot (around 30°C, stuffy, partly rainy) Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
Educator Dan:
I’m just going to start a new thread by saying once again, congratulations! We (my wife and I) extend to you and (future) yours all our best, now that you had confirmed it. Now, when’s the big day? Are all of us bloggers invited to the big wedding? Now, get off-line for awhile!
Merry Christmas a couple days late, TTACers. Also, that photo looks like fun.
