Um, isn’t priapism when you’re erection lasts longer than 4 hours? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Priapism (may be NSFW) up that’s it. Seriously guys, WTF?
Um, for the Canadian readers out there…
Why is there a ParticipACTION logo in the top right corner? “Stay fit and have fun!!!”

I can’t help think it would handle far better with one fewer engine, and not accelerate much worse. But then I doubt they were going for ‘sensible’ with this design.
Yeah, it occurred to me that there’s this big deal about this 1000hp / 2500lbs thing… but my dad’s SCCA GT1 car was at 750hp and 2600lbs in 1991. And it was just an amateur race rig – and it could turn corners.
The ‘1000’ is impressive-sounding, but if you’re not restricted by racing regulations, the specs on the car itself aren’t that great. It’s the hotrod equivalent of a rice rocket – all show and no go. I doubt that the power to weight ratio of the engines and accoutrement is very good.
Do the same thing, but use a Volvo D16G engine.
Then I’ll be impressed.

You don’t really think it was accidental, do you???
One thousand horses with no down-force’s no freakin’ good on real race courses.
It was in Hot Rod Magazine. It’ll never see a track longer than 5280 feet. It’s axiomatic.

“The engines are a pair of AFR-headed, hydraulic-roller-cammed 350 Chevys making about 450 hp each. ”
Heck, my XR4Ti makes about 300 horsepower. Nice work for sure and its a cool toy, but guestimates don’t count!

looks like a munsters car
I would pay to see just one of those engines seize.
I would rather have the TVR Speed 12. Too bad they only sold one.
I agree that a track longer than 5280 feet is axiomatic.
