The world’s largest automotive supplier, Bosch, is investing big into the world’s largest car market, China. The company has 283,000 employees worldwide. 26,000 of them work in China. Soon, that n umber will nearly double to 50,000, reports Bosch’s hometown paper, the Stuttgarter Nachrichten.
This is Bosch’s announced target for 2015. Right now, Bosch is building training centers to educate the new working masses. Bosch will also shift more and more R&D to Asia. In India, 3,700 university graduates will get a job at Bosch, in China 2,700. In Germany? 1,200.

Do students actually graduate in Germany? I lived with two Germans in 1992, we all went to the same undergraduate at the time. They both are still “in university” today.
Ha! Italians are the same way. If school is (more or less) free, why ever quit?
