Are my eyes seeing what they think they’re seeing–protruding headlights? Any photos from the front-quarter view?

What a proper modern Sedan deVille or Lincoln Continental should look like.

Instead we get the em-kay-cuew-zee-tee-w-x-y-s-t-u-v-w-x-y-and-z. Or the angry hunchback of Catera Dame that is the CTS.

Siggh… I just hope Ralph Giles at Chrysler keeps American auto design alive. I truly dread the day of driving angry mutated blobs in any color I want, so long as they’re blobby. Dodge Dart does not give me hope

The rear looks like a 1987 Cadillac Sedan de Ville.
The front has headlamps a bit like a 1956 Lincoln Continental.

Wow, the Chinese really get it. That is one stately, authoritarian, land yacht. Much better looking than the Crown. I know its actually styled after Hongqi limos from the 50s, but it looks more like a proper American sedan than what most American brands are selling now.

The front of this car does not in the least bit match the rest of it. For lack of a better way of putting it, head on it looks as if it has this surprised look on its face. It’s a wonderful example of how a car can evolve into something that is so odd its cool.
