Volkswagen’s SEAT has been a bit luckless recently. The victim of the Mediterranean malaise seeks to improve its odds by exporting cars to China. Lacking new models to introduce, Seat showcases a new culinary delight: Blondes on a stick.
The Blondes are a big attraction in China, where all women have black hair.
The export cars are the usual Leon, Ibiza and Alhambra cars.
Seat better put the blonde culinary delights in every showroom to attract customer traffic, because the cars will be a hard sell. There is a hefty tax on import cars.
This does not hurt upscale makes, in the contrary. Imported mass market cars have a rough time competing against domestically made cars.

So how many licks does it take to get to the center of a Blonde Pop?
I dare anyone to comment here
Who cares, as long as she returns the favor.
I was going to ask if you, Bertel were running VW marketing again but then they would have Asian women in bondage… on a stick.
“Bertel were running VW marketing again”
I don’t think he ever ran VW Marketing.
But do they come with the car?
if it does come with the car, i would like to read the term n condition first and i demand they make full disclosure about the warranty coverage n claim
Goes to show: exploitation is still alive and kicking in China.
I strongly doubt this was a decision made in China …
Ahh. True. But the rest of us do get away with it there.
Given China’s importance now in the world car market, it does not surprise me that there were two Blondes on a Stick in Beijing instead of the solo one in Frankfurt at the IAA. Of course, blondes probably don’t provoke the same reaction in Germany.
Blondes on a stick? That is weird. Boy, those gals are really cute…but I digress…
I saw an act similar to this one year at Dollywood. Some sort of undescribable “dancing” on much taller poles. Pity if one would break.
Still uncertain if I liked the act or not.
Wait, wasn’t this in a 90;s music video? Catherine Wheel? Big Victorian hoop dresses with girls on giant springs.
Now talk about a win win situation. Pretty surfer girl shark attack victims with mauled legs and modeling inspirations and Seat gets a 50% discount!
LOL
Well, I saw those at IAA 2011 in Frankfurt. They are virtually the same albeit in white colour…
I think that Jeff Dunham should sue.
The blonde certainly has good posture
Bertel: You’ve been out there in Asia too long and it’s distorting your mind. Go home.
