DAMN IT! I lived in GA until February when moved to Hawaii.
Life can be hard.
That all depends upon which island one gets stuck on. O’ahu’s at the bottom of my list for long term visitation, with Maui my favorite overall and Kauai and Hawai’i for especially remote getaways.
As I haven’t been back there since Haku passed away, I’m certain a lot of changes have rendered my favorite haunts unrecognizable.

Charlotte is more do-able from the upstate of SC. Traffic down to ATL is just tedious.
Upstate, SC is exactly where I will be coming from (since that’s where I live)! Tag along :)
Wow, that must be in East Cobb. Never been to that part of Marietta.
But Marietta is pretty big. A good amount of my friends live in the mailing address, while people up in the northeast part also live in the mailing address.

Each is about 4 hours drive away from me. I might try and make it out in August.
Figures! Another near miss for me. I’m in GA today (Statesboro), but leaving tomorrow afternoon. Had I known a week ago, I would have book my flight home for Sunday and cruised on up.
