A concept previewing “the future direction of luxury and performance,” the Bentley EXP 10 Speed 6 was unveiled at the 2015 Geneva Auto Show.
Power for the two-seater Speed 6 is an advanced powertrain that may be a hybrid, if the copper exterior and interior elements are anything to go by; Bentley was mum on details beyond a proclamation that said powertrain may be in a future model line.
The automaker’s design language — wire mesh grill, round headlamps et al — was remade to make the Speed 6 “a dynamic sculpture, creating harmony between sharp lines and flowing surfaces and using twisted surfaces to imply speed.” Other features include custom luggage and an interior worthy of an English gentleman’s club.

Well, somebody apparently skipped out on design day. Talk about a concept that was executed extremely poorly.

The lines are fine, they should be since they are the same as an Audi A5.
So the recipe is – take an Audi A5, go and buy a fireplace grill to stick on the front, borrow bug-eyed headlights from the Beetle and call it good?

The name is a bit of a mouthful, but I’m sure the almost world champion Nico Rosberg approves.
the rear and 3/4 side view (rear) have me thinking audi a5. sorry could not help it. i like it, in no small part to the fact that it is done in some color other than black or grey or silver, or ehem, white.

It had me seeing resemblance to the A5 as well. It’s probably not a coincidence as this car is almost certainly based on an A5.

Reminds me more of the typical Aston from the 3/4ths view with a bit of the Cayman as well.
The proportions certainly look a lot better than the current Audi derived offerings.
Oh my God, BRG, a number 6 in the grille, aluminium, and diamond quilt WOOD. And posh matching luggage in the boot.

Also, that nav unit/touchscreen is RIDICULOUS. I have so much want for that interior.
I switched them out already for my herringbone navy trousers. Did not want to clash with the leather.

I love everything about it.
I see Bentley GT’s all the time where I live and they are looking old. Both in style and in the typical driver. This looks like an amazing shift. I’m impressed. Even for a super heavy GT car.
Agreed on all points. When the GT initially came out say a decade ago it was truly stunning and I’m glad they took the revolutionary approach to keep the wow factor with Gen 2. I’m a little mixed on the headlights but every single thing else looks great from all angles.
Well I hope it has better F/R weight ratio than the Ford EXP had!

I was thinking the same. It’s very much an Aston with Bentley shoulders.
Seems as if they brought back the unfortunate front end of the Hunaudieres (sp?) concept from last decade. I feel as though people were piled none-deep in the asking line for that styling “feature.”
Shame, too. The body proportions as a whole are classic, muscular, if generic European GT.
I love it, it is absolutely gorgeous. There are going to sell tons of them.
Not digging the 6 in the grille, but I’m sure Bentley will take more of my money to delete it.
I know they want to maintain the four headlamp treatment but those end lamps are so small as to be useless. Why not just squish and stretch the main lamps until the desired squinty-eyed look is achieved.
It looks like a jaguar stance/style to me. If Jaguar didnt exist it would be cool, but it has very little creativity imo. Not Exceptional!
I think it looks great. The interior is very anachronistic, and I love it. I am a sucker for both retro styling and technology. I also appreciate interior colors that are not cream/beige or all black.
I am in luxury cars regularly and am not usually terribly impressed. I prefer BMW/Audi interior treatments typically to the more upscale cars. This looks like a glove that I could sit in for days.
