The Thundersaloon (you must read that name like a monster truck announcer: “THUNDERsaloon!”) series of racing featured great UK drivers like Robin Donovan and John Cleland. The series saw V8 Carltons, RS500s, and Honda Legends tearing up tracks across Britain.
In this video, the silhouette-style racers compete in 50 laps around the Indy circuit at Brands Hatch, kicking things off with a rolling start. There’s a mandatory driver change in there too.
The Real Racing series will feature clips and entire races from years past. On occasion we will question you on the content of the video but most times it will simply be part of a deceitful plan encouraging the B&B to whittle away their work hours while consuming shameful amounts of their employers’ bandwidth. Down with productivity!

This British series was inspired by Australian Sports Sedan Racing. A Silouhette formula that started in the early 1960’s.
Standout cars like the Vauxhall Big Betha used a Repco Holden V8( No it was not a Chevy)
