I love Welsh.
I thought, hey that looks like Welsh, and yet I then thought…but the words don’t seem long enough :)
Assuming it’s Welsh, go further northwest into Wales and Welsh will be first on the signage.
Reminds me of the scene in Canadian Bacon where the cop asks the Americans to write their anti-Canadian slogans in both official languages.
