Everything old is new again. Pantograph, third rail anyone? Looks like they might have been awarded a patent for it too. Ridiculous.
About two years ago I had to read and evaluate a venture proposal for “field induction tunnels”. You drive along, and your EV receives charge as you pass. It was actually pretty efficient, but the occupants had that funny feeling of being microwaved or their credit card strips being erased.
Holy fucking voiceover, Batman. That guy changes accents faster than I go through toilet paper on the shits. There’s a little Chowdah, and a bit of Metric, and God, I just can’t listen to that train wreck, I’m sorry.
One, they should shoot the announcer for all the pain he has inflicted on the viewers. (I see SexC had the same reaction).
Two, any group that calls itself “awesome” and follows it up with this media bit, would be lucky to sell a better than Starbucks latte for fifty cents to someone who could actually make their deal happen.
That’s a TERRIBLE video… Changing accents indeed. At least they didn’t rely on the heavy metal guitars too much like – – – everything on TV these days…
