Yeah, it can cross Denmark in 15 minutes at top speed. The thing is, what with Denmark having signed up for Better Place, the Danes, who produce the equivalent of 20% of their electricity use from wind power but can only use about 7% of it because they can’t store enough of it (they sell it cut-rate to Germany and a couple of other countries) will now be able to store it in the Better Place batteries, and their petroleum consumption is going to plummet. Thus, there will be plenty of petrol for the handful of supercars sold locally.

On another note, I think the new EV Renaults that will soon populate the Danish byways and city streets, from Copenhagen, well, back to Copenhagen, are going to be called “Chargers.” (Get it???!) And every now and then, one of these fellows in an Envo, or a Zenvo, or whatever that thing is called, will go whizzing past the Chargers almost as if the Chargers weren’t moving, creating a zone of incongruity, which Danish scientists theorize will actually generate its own form of energy, which they think they can capture and harness.

This driver’s 50-greats grandfather was the Danish viking chief Thorkell the Tall, who terrorized England with King Olaf of Norway, in their longships.

“Almost like driving a small hatchback… and still, it will do more that 217 mhp”

    Oh, reality… you so crazy.

Interior options: Apple, Apricot, Raspberry Jam, and Leather sport seats. Ive made myself hungry…
That feeling must be incredible by the way. To have a perfect balance between man and machine, doing 150, listening to Wagner or Vivaldi, and having to panic brake because the asinine engineers pick a one mile runway for me to do a freakin review.

I bought a coffee table from Ikea named Zenvo. It doesn’t do anything close to 217 mph.

Why shouldn’t the Danes offer a super car as many other countries do? Hopefully it will be successful for them.

Granted, they will only build 15 Zenvo’s this year, and pricing doesn’t appear to be announced yet (hunch: $600K to well over $1 Million each).

Meanwhile, the Zenvo’s over 1000 HP and is RWD only!! It’ll smoke tires like never before – the ultimate factory drift machine!
But without optional Racing slicks, it probably won’t be beating any Veyrons or GT-Rs or Corvette Z1’s.

Danes are a peculiar breed. Traditionally known for living and loving the “good life”, they have been drinking their beers from dawn to dusk, riding their pre-WWII-looking bikes, and using cars primarily as a government fund-raiser. Whenever I feel depressed by our own government’s (Norway) need-for-greed to finance buying some more votes, I take a look at bmw.dk and witness the even grater greed of the Danish government. What do you say to a 4-cyl 5-series costing well beyond $100K?

So, I am sure this prototype-whatever-it’s-called is going to be just as successful as all those other attempts at building The Ultimate Supercar. Could someone maybe whisper in their ear that there is a (little?) difference between cobbling together an over-powered kit-car in the garage, and doing actual car manufacturing?

As to the design; if this doesn’t earn the designer a place in Aztec heaven, nothing will!

Wonderful noises! Glad to see this here.

I like the car, as well as the bullish attitude of the driver – all rather refreshing in these days of dark automotive news.

Hey, it’s got way more potential than the Volt, and a much better engine sound.

Hey. maybe this will inspire some Danes to repop the Nimbus brand of motorcycles,
