Is that a Studebaker Astral in the picture? Oh, wait, no fins…
I’m still waiting on my Chrysler turbine car.
On a more serious note, happy five-oh.
Female units piloting a flying automobile? Preposterous!
Good podcast! and Happy 50th, Robert!
This picture would have better suited one of the ‘What’s wrong with this picture’ threads – there is SO much wrongness to discover!
1. No seat belts or restraints of any kind.
2. Kid standing in the back seat.
3. No trunk, so grocery bag has to ride up front.
4. No window for dog to hang head out of.
5. No apparent source of motive power.
6. No control surfaces.
7. Completely alone in the sky…what, they only built one?
Happy 50th Robert!
It’s my birthday as well. My 30th. (7/8/79)
No wonder I follow your site so closely.
