So what about this, then? Or this? I guess some brands are meant to be broken.

IMO, camping is fun – not boring. If a car enables you to have fun, it’s doing its job. You don’t criticize belay rope for being boring.

    Shouldn’t that read:

“We only have one problem: Jean Jennings”

    I think so.

You should know as well as anyone, in advertising and politics, the truth is irrelevant.

How about “No Boring Magazines” ?

Automobile Magazine: wretched from issue one. It took C&D and MT decades to get to that point.

Pretentious “journalist” snobs who write to dazzle other people on the staff.

This “Automobile” should have been junked with C4C.

No Boring Cars….Oh , I remember that line.Automobile Magazine used that on their mailings to me many times as they tried to get me to subscribe many years back. I never did. Who gets to be the judge of whats boring? Turns out a group of ego maniacs get to decide. The magazine was and is a failure because of this.Pretty pictures and hyperboil about Porsches can only go so far, and cars like the Aston Martin are great, but how many are sold in this country and are daily drivers? This magazine wanted to be Robb Report , but how many Robb Reports does the market need?

Well the Camry is exciting because at any moment the floor mat could bunch up, pin the accelerator down and launch you into a huge fiery crash.

The T&C is exciting because it could leave you stranded almost anywhere.

The chance for excitement and adventure is limitless so I agree wholeheartedly with Holydonut.

    spyspeed:

Make that 2: Ezra Dyer. BTW the new Alfa Owner (club magazine) has a good write up on Mr. Kitman.

“We only have one problem: Jean Jennings”

Yep, no beauty 20 years ago, she hasn’t aged well either. And that voice!
