We tried, last year. And Edward gave it a good shot. But this year, we have our priorities straight. Instead of gazing admiringly at the world’s largest production pickup truck (32 feet long), Ed is in Detroit peering into Chrysler’s crystal ball. Depending on how that all works out we may be back at SEMA next year. Or we might just stay home.

Does it eat children?
What a fantastic fashion statement!
I’d feel like a real man driving that!
Just the thing for running to the grocery store.
And I would feel so safe in it, no need to avoid an accident (no evasive capability anyway), just survive it!

No turret
Needs Parrot Guns
And Quail Dawg Pens.
Talk about land yachts. Wonder where the trailer hitch is, off the bumper or mid deck in the bed, or both?
I’d like to have one with the money and free time it implies.
Tell us about that giant-sized pickup-don’t keep us in suspense.
Jerry – If you read the link, it’s apparently a Ford F650/F750 fused with a motorhome chassis to make some bizarre motorhome/pickup-truck hybrid. A quick google for Dunkel Industries (the manufacturers) shows some interior shots that make it look a lot like a somewhat cramped motorhome inside.
Drain it out, and it will make a dandy coral reef supplement.
Wow, all that to carry a pipsqueak ATV?
Apparently, SEMA found a way this year to make the Lincoln MKT even uglier.
One word. Why? OK, that was three words.
You could do a lot worse than stay home. I don’t think SEMA can hold a candle to Eugene in terms of interesting cars.
Dog ate your invitation?
Compensatory transportation appliance.
SEMA has become an excuse for the “players” of the auto industry to get together and expense their trips to the local strip clubs of Vegas.
Can you get a roof rack for your Cigarette Boat?
SHWEET! The only thing its missing is some bikini clad babes with big fake bahzoombas and tats galore.
I sure don’t mind having a car site I can go to this year that’s not all full up of pictures of garish tuner cars. It’s probably just me, but SEMA holds no interest.
Good for you for staying away. How many modded Camaro’s can one look at?
