My first thought was mid-60s Newport/New Yorker, so scrolling down and seeing Steve-O’s guess on a Mopar in 66 makes me think it’s definitely in the neighborhood.
I’m going with the 63 Fairlane.
I’m guessing 1962 or 1963 Ford Fairlane.

Yep I think this is right. My guess of Thunderbird is wrong… the T-Bird doesn’t have exposed rubber around the window.
