Rain, sleet or now might not stop you, but your first service bill certainly will.
Gag. A $200K plus BMW Z3 coupe. Aren’t Ferraris supposed to look like Ferraris?
Wrong. $700,000.
Nah not 700K…
I think it wil be 450-500K
Are they actually going to sell this, or will they only give you the privilege of leasing it for a while?
@Darkhorse: Indeed. BMW should have trademarked the shoe design.
I wonder how this car will look in real life. Maybe, awfully good? Will Ferrari market it as a “Shooting Break”?
if those snow moves are real and not on frozen ground covered with really cold powder, then this looks very interesting. is the car tallish like CUVs or like your normal station wagon tall?
I think the car is gorgeous, and the video was beautiful. OK, ok, this is TTAC and I’m expected to complain about something. Well, I don’t like the flappy paddle gearbox. Then, I also realize that the true manual transmission is on it’s last legs.
Looks to me like this is (off)paving the way to a Ferrari SUV/CUV.
Probably not going to happen unlless Ferrari and Maserati fall into the hands of different owners. As for now, if they would make an SUV/CUV it’d probably be branded a Maser.
I noticed some understeer at about 1:30. Love the engine noise and the car does look pretty nice, but I think Ferrari is selling out what the Ferrari brand means on the automotive food chain.
Only thing wrong with this car is that I can’t afford one. Oh, and the name needs to be more… I dunno… Italian.
Apparently the AWD system is quite sophisticated and only employs the front wheels when there’s minimal grip.
I like the differently colored cars standing next to each other, reminds me of Yoshi’s island only with cars. Possibly due to the grinning reptile looking appearance of the snout. I’m also loving the Daytona style seats. A nice reference to the past and they look so much better than the normal seats, if I’d had the cash to buy a Ferrari I’d definitely specify them on the option sheet.
