I assume that this is an “unofficial” (stolen?) feed of TTAC news? Any way to tell how many hits that site actually gets?

In my past life writing for the web, I saw one day that one of my articles — about a quick flight in a light sport plane — had been reposted on another site, without permission. And translated into Cyrillic, byline and all.
Some may have taken offense; I just thought it was a cool example of our world today (still do!)
Can anybody who knows Polish tell whether this is a machine translation?
Anecdote: One DVD player I used to have (Onkyo, circa 1999) had a language selection menu that was apparently machine translated from English into German:
It read about like that:
Englisch (I think you can figure that out)
Französisch (French)
…
Politur (Stuff you use to polish something – NOT the language, that would be “Polnisch”)
…
As a native Polish speaker, I find the translation to be pretty disappointing. It seems like little more than running it through Google Translate or something similar. Definitely machine, with no indication of human editing… If I could read only Polish language car blogs I’d pretty quickly skip the drivel that passes for content there.
