The Aveo name may be all used up in the North American market, but in emerging markets around the world it still enjoys quite a bit of equity. So, when this thing goes on sale stateside in September it will be called the Sonic… but for at its global launch in Seoul, South Korea, this latest Chevy-by-Daewoo is simply the new Aveo.

South Korea isn’t an “emerging market”.
It already emerged, and is now considered a developed country, isn’t it?
I think your right about that. It’s definitely developed. Though I think this consider “emerging” today to mean catching up to the USA and the Western world as a contender and possible leader on the global market.
Well, those “presenters” are developed, aren’t they.
Try this experiment. Hold your hands up to make the “photographers box” and use it to cover up the ladies in the picture. Now uncover them. Son of a Buick! They do make the car look better!
There isn’t a damn thing wrong with that picture, except maybe to get rid of the car.
Car? I don’t see no car. Nice photo, thanks.
I guess that, unlike in the US, in Korea “Aveo” doesn’t mean “Korean shitbox”.
Wrong by-line on the article? Usually it is BS who adorns his stories with such Far Eastern grace, although this picture doesn’t seem to involve ropes at all.
“She’s got legs and she knows how to use them…”
Uh…. huh? What?
Oh, the car.
Yeah. The car.
What car?
