Take a good long look at the Bentley EXP 9F. When I asked a few months ago what the next rapper car du jour will be, I didn’t know that a Bentley SUV was coming. Now that I do, expect this to be everywhere that rappers, athletes and plastic-fantastic housewives are, stealing the Maserati Kubang’s thunder with a perverse status display.
Officially a “concept” we all know that Russia, China and the One Percent love luxury SUVs, meaning this thing is a sure bet for production. Oy vey. A 6.0L W12 is under the hood, with a V8 and a hybrid under consideration. The car gets its “concept” reveal at Geneva, but look for it to be on the road on Shanghai, Moscow and Los Angeles very soon. We’ll have better pictures tomorrow when it gets a live reveal.

Ouch, those openings below the main lights (I assume they are fog lights) just hurt my eyes!
I didn`t think VW needed another luxury SUV when they have Porsche and Audi.
Those openings are designed to receive the refueling probes from KC-135 Stratotankers as well as EA-6B Prowler flying tankers.

Exactly my thought. The Bentley V8 is what separates the only true Bentley, the Mulsanne, from the Audi/VW proto-Bentleys.
While the W12 makes marginally more horsepower, the torque rating on the V8 puts the other engines to shame.

I can’t help but see a super-luxurious, Bentley-fied version of a Lincoln MKT. I agree with other comments, something is wrong with the front end.
Yes, it is a hideous device. But does anyone expect Bentley to build an SUV that blends in with Lexi, Acuras and Tahoes?
It is a disgrace; the engineers forget most important part: roof mounting for your gangster everyday Gatling gun. You know, to clear roadway ahead of this car.
On a serious note, why not, it worked wonders for Porsche.
The circular elements in the bumper corners look like inlets for gargantuan turbochargers.

Exposure to this thing prompted a short flash of a murderous rage I did not know existed within my liberal self.
I’m disappointed that the shot of the open rear gate didn’t show two women in bikinis lounging on the decklid while a couple of guys that look like Just For Men models zoom by on jetskis.

That front end is truly horrible. It looks utterly disjointed and it reminds me of the Hongqi limo with the HUUUUUGE grill and circular headlights. The rest of the design is not really much better.

I would love to be sitting behind that driver’s seat. From the inside it’s beautiful. From the outside, meh. I’d want something a bit more U-V looking.
I may be the only person reading this that actually likes this, and not because its a “Bentley.” In fact, it’s rather restrained stylistically. It’s shaped the way an SUV should be… like a box. The only thing i dislike are those secondary lights under the headlamps. I shall call them deadlamps.

Seriously though, Bentley just about ruined its “prestige” image for me with this.
I really frankly thought the head image was a bad photoshop of a Range Rover with a pig-ugly front-end of inconceivable magnitude. Then I saw the rest of the images…

VW’s new vehicle segment: FUV
It looks crosseyed with those little opening near the inner edges of the artificially sparkly headlights. It looks like my cat, Spider, but she’s actually pretty clever and would kill this thing with fire until it died from it.
I thought this was the point of the Eterniti? Gross.
