This pound sign business confused the crap out of my when I first moved to North America from the UK.
“Please enter your phone number followed by the pound sign…”
“What? What bloody pound sign???”

That’s not too bad, in Spanish is called “numeral”, the star is “asterisco”. So in my case was trial and error to push the correct one when prompted “…followed by the hash key…”
As for the Mulsanne and that HIDEOUS SUV concept, there’s one hashtag that fits both.
