I’m using Firefox browser and have not had this issue .
After adding uBlock Origin recommended here recently, I no longer have the slow page loading and flash player crashes this site used to cause .

The corporate overlords of TTAC really seem content on forcing everybody to block the ads – Adblock on Chrome fix the scrolling for me.

Had this issue on Chrome on Win10 running AdBlock. Refreshing the page would not solve it, but restarting the browser would.

I have just bought a S7, hopefully the non exploding variant.
It runs TTAC much better than my laptop. The phone version of TTAC lacks recent comments.
As you have noticed my comments of late jave been constructive. Why? Because TTAC is a joy to use now.
